Welcome to the page! I am Bethany and I look forward to meeting with you. I started co-hosting out of necessity for a current property owner with little experience in Airbnb. She has a beautiful home in a prime Northern Michigan location. Her only obstacle was living across the country and so, I came to her rescue. I am currently the cleaner of the property as well. I have said many times, reviews depend on the first two impressions: the host communication, and the cleanliness of the property. From the first look at your listing photos and messages to guest check in, communication during their stay, to the review of the guest after checkout, we will tailor each request for service to you! Assigning cleaners to the property and management of restock supplies and any maintenance in between bookings is a breeze when you have the right systems in place.
